About Doddsborough

A townland on the western fringe of Lucan, where the Griffeen Valley Park traces a green corridor through the newer residential estates. The area developed rapidly in the early 2000s as Lucan expanded westward, and the housing is predominantly modern semi-detached and terraced. The N4 and M50 provide commuter connections, while the village centre of Lucan — with its stone bridge over the Liffey — lies a short walk to the east.
