Terms of Use
By using Dublish (dublish.ie), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
What Dublish provides
Dublish is a free tool for exploring Dublin residential property sale prices. All sale data is sourced from the Property Price Register (PPR), a public register maintained by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011.
We enrich PPR data with additional information such as BER energy ratings (from SEAI's BER database), geocoding, maps, and street imagery to make the data easier to browse. This enrichment is done on a best-effort basis and may contain errors or omissions.
No professional advice
Nothing on Dublish constitutes property, financial, legal, or tax advice. The information is provided for general informational purposes only. You should always seek independent professional advice before making property decisions.
Data accuracy
While we take care to present data accurately, Dublish makes no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information shown. Specifically:
- PPR data may contain errors at source (duplicate entries, incorrect dates, missing "not full market price" flags)
- BER ratings are matched to properties algorithmically and may be incorrectly linked
- Geocoding (placing properties on the map) is approximate and may be wrong
- Price trends, medians, and other statistics are derived figures and should be treated as indicative, not definitive
If you spot an error, we'd appreciate you letting us know — but we accept no liability for inaccuracies.
Permitted use
You're welcome to use Dublish for personal, non-commercial purposes — browsing property prices, researching areas, or satisfying your curiosity about what the house down the road sold for.
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the site
- Reproduce or redistribute Dublish content in bulk (a few screenshots in a blog post is fine; mirroring the database is not)
- Use automated tools to access the site in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Use the site or its data for any unlawful purpose
The underlying PPR data is public record and freely available from propertypriceregister.ie. These restrictions apply to Dublish's presentation, enrichment, and aggregation of that data — not to the public data itself.
Intellectual property
The Dublish name, design, code, and original content (excluding third-party data) are the property of Dublish. Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors, MapTiler, and Google Maps under their respective terms.
Limitation of liability
Dublish is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Dublish and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information it provides.
This includes — but is not limited to — any financial loss arising from property decisions informed by data shown on Dublish.
Third-party services
Dublish relies on third-party services including Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, MapTiler, Google AdSense, and Sentry. Your use of these services through Dublish is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

We aim to keep Dublish available but make no uptime guarantees. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
