School Avenue

The seafront promenade stretches from the Bull Wall to Dollymount, with North Bull Island — a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve formed after the wall's construction in the 1820s — providing a remarkable wildlife sanctuary within the city limits. Behind the coast road, Victorian and Edwardian houses line the avenues leading to St Anne's Park, the former Guinness estate whose 240 acres of Rose Garden and arboretum remain freely open.
