Belarmine Drive

Tucked beneath the Dublin Mountains where the city's suburban edge meets genuine foothill countryside, Kilgobbin retains traces of its rural past — a medieval church ruin, stone walls along lane edges, and views toward the Three Rock Mountain that feel earned rather than borrowed. The Luas at Sandyford and Stepaside brought new development, but the townland's older character persists in the winding roads and the sense of being a step removed from the suburban grid.
