Anchored by the Citywest Hotel and Convention Centre, this purpose-built business and residential campus sits at the junction of the N82 and the approaches to Saggart. The Luas Red Line extension brought public transport to an area that had previously relied entirely on road access. The campus has a planned, corporate character distinct from the more organic suburbs nearby, though residential development has begun to soften the edges.
